Just wanted to ‘shout out’ to Kate for her helpfulness this morning. I’ve made numerous phone calls to various places for different things to make a 87-year old relative comfortable whilst visiting us from Geneva.
My call to your shop was responded to without being kept on hold, or being passed from department to department. Kate immediately was able to help with my enquiry about hiring a wheelchair for the week, she was extremely pleasant, with an uplifting demeanour.
