What amazing service! After a lacklustre visit to Gerald Simons Healthcare, the gentleman here was instantly able to show us what we needed, to explain the cost, the qualities of the chair…and to advise us against one costlier thing we were considering, explaining the disadvantages of it. Dennis and his family have been very helpful accommodating my father’s mobility needs. They are very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a scooter in February when it was freezing. They made sure my 86 year old dad was able to check out all the scooters with rides around the locality then kept him warm in the office while I had to take a call. Lovely people!
